Our Mission
Commercial roofing, cladding and coating projects often involve significant technical, safety and commercial considerations. Procurement teams need clear information when deciding which specialist to appoint.
The Vetted Applicator Network was built to make that procurement process more consistent. Our 5-Pillar review records evidence across financial information, health & safety, technical competence, past work and insurance before an applicator can receive Fully Vetted status.
Only contractors who pass all five pillars earn our Fully Vetted badge — and only then can they access and bid on live project tenders.
The 5-Pillar Audit
Every applicator must pass all five pillars before receiving Fully Vetted status. Each pillar is approved by an administrator after the submitted evidence has been reviewed.
Financial Review
We review declared turnover information and record whether supporting solvency evidence has been confirmed.
Health & Safety Review
We review the submitted H&S policy and relevant accreditations recorded during the audit.
Technical Competence
We review declared manufacturer approvals and substrate specialisations against supporting evidence.
Past Work Review
Two case studies are required and their supporting client references are reviewed before the Past Work pillar is approved.
Insurance Review
We review the submitted insurance certificate and record public liability of at least £5M and employers’ liability of at least £10M.
